There is so much beauty in the places we pass every day.
This piece was inspired by one of my regular walks through Capilano in Edmonton—a familiar street I have walked countless times with my family and dog. I love the tall trees reaching over the neighbourhood, the shadows stretching across the sidewalk, and that incredible blue Alberta sky above it all.
For me, this painting is about noticing the ordinary. The streets we walk, the routines we create, and the places that quietly become part of our story.
This fine art paper print is a little reminder that sometimes the places closest to home are the ones that mean the most.
